CHAMBER
OF COMMERCE HONORS OUTSTANDING PUERTO RICANS The
Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of South Florida ( The
first recipient was Mr. Raymond Santiago, Director of the Miami-Dade
County Public Library system. In this position, Mr. Santiago is
responsible for a County-wide department with over 750 employees and 43
facilities. In receiving the award, he indicated that he considers
it a privilege to work for the library system, and how proud he was to
receive the award. The
second recipient was Ms. Teresa Albizu-Rodriguez, Vice President
of Carlos Albizu University. In
addition to these awards, a Special Recognition Award was presented to
Mr. Eddy Leal, Director of Marketing for the State of Our
guest speaker was Mr. Barry Johnson, President / CEO of the Greater
Miami Chamber of Commerce, who has demonstrated, throughout his career,
a dedication to promoting business development through our community. For
